Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns on tea products that meet the following strict criteria:

• The item must be received back by us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

• The tea must be in its original, sealed packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Any indication that the tea packaging has been opened, tampered with, or unsealed will result in the return being rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Any tea product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

• Items marked as final sale (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm the seal is intact, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
