Happy Period Herbal Tea - Menstrual Support Tea

A supportive tea blend made with organic herbs to support the body during menstrual bleeding.

Directions for use: Steep 1-3 tablespoons per 8oz hot water for 10-20 minutes

rose hips - nourishing as it's high in vitamins

yarrow - styptic, may help slow bleeding

nettles - nourishing, high in vitamins and minerals

chamomile flowers - calming

mugwort - may help support hormone balance, calming
